Shipping and Inventory Specialist

Responsible for packaging and shipping out Pokemon trading cards, accurately inventorying trading cards, organizing current and incoming stock, counting inventory, conditioning cards, making online orders, processing orders, dropping off shipments at the post office, and efficiently packaging items securely for customers.

Primary Duties:

Count, sort, and inventory card products. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory. Prepare and package cards for shipment. Use shipping software to print labels and track orders. Ensure timely, efficient shipping and order accuracy. Keep the workspace clean and organized. Report low stock or discrepancies to the supervisor. Use of the employee's personal vehicle is part of duties Must maintain a valid driver's license and insurance Responsible for safe operation of your vehicle The vehicle use is only for business-related shipment drop-offs

Requirements:

Attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and follow procedures. Ability to stand, move, and lift boxes (up to 25 lbs). Basic computer/shipping software familiarity.
