Create, update, and monitor service tickets and repair logs to keep all records current.
Verify warranty coverage and equipment eligibility for repairs or device swaps.
Act as the primary contact with equipment manufacturers, repair facilities, and service vendors to coordinate hardware repairs.
Maintain organized digital records of device serial numbers, warranty details, shipping data, and repair histories.
Monitor repair delivery times to ensure all service level agreements are consistently satisfied.
Manage replacement device inventory and help maintain balanced spare equipment levels.
Provide clear, helpful status updates to team members, field technicians, and company leaders.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and secure asset handling in compliance with official safety guidelines. experience 1-4 years skills Associate degree or technical training in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
