Position Overview The Customer Inventory Specialist/Paint Tinter I/Warehouse Associate role focuses on accurate paint mixing and inventory management, including setting up and maintaining inventory systems at customer locations, restocking materials, and ensuring proper organization. Clear communication with customers, sales teams, and internal departments is essential to ensure order accuracy and support company goals. Employee Discounts Educational Assistance Program Primary Responsibilities Inventory ManagementOrder Fulfillment:
Set up and maintain inventory systems at customer locations, reconcile stock regularly, and ensure items are properly organized and restocked.
CommunicationCollaboration:
Maintain clear communication with customers, the sales team, and internal departments to support order accuracy and overall company goals.
ProfessionalismProblem-Solving:
Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills while adhering to company policies and promoting a positive work culture.
Paint MixingInventory Management:
Accurately mix refinish materials per supplier formulas, handle and measure ingredients using scales, manage inventory, and safely lift containers up to 50 pounds using proper tools and PPE.
Workplace ResponsibilityTeam Support:
Maintain a clean work environment, respond to customer needs, and help mentor new team members while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications Candidates should have intermediate skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Order Shark, along with strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree and 5 years of paint mixing or customer service experience are preferred. The role involves working on and off site up to 2 days a week, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks that include standing, walking, driving, and working in environments with exposure to paint fumes. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work in both office and industrial settings are essential.
