• 30/hour, depending on experience Dejan Studio Jewelry is a small, established custom jewelry studio looking for an organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our team.

This position combines studio operations, POS and inventory management, custom-job tracking, client communication, sales support, and digital organization . Because we are a small studio, you will work closely with the owner, interact directly with clients, and be involved in many different aspects of the business. Responsibilities Learn and manage The Edge , our jewelry POS and inventory system Maintain accurate inventory, product, client, and job records Track custom jewelry projects, deadlines, deposits, approvals, and pickups Follow up with clients and communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person Assist clients with appointments, pickups, and basic sales Communicate with vendors and track orders and outside services Organize product photos, descriptions, and digital information Help manage products and content for online use Use AI and other digital tools to improve organization, communication, and productivity Help keep the studio organized, professional, and welcoming Work closely with the owner to improve everyday studio workflow What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, good with people, and eager to learn . Previous experience with inventory, POS systems, retail, customer service, office administration, e-commerce, jewelry, art, or design is helpful but not required. A background or degree in art, design, jewelry, or another creative field is a plus and could be a good fit for our studio. There may also be opportunities to develop additional creative and technical skills as you learn more about the custom jewelry process. A college degree is not required . We value ability, reliability, attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Training & Growth Paid training will be provided, including training on The Edge jewelry POS and inventory system and our custom-job workflow. As you become familiar with the studio, there will be opportunities to learn more about the jewelry business and gradually take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests. This is a W-2 position with a 90-day introductory/review period . Compensation $25
