We are building a disciplined, organized, and execution-focused team to support our continued growth. About the Opportunity ServCorp is seeking a qualified Inventory Control and Procurement Specialist for a potential Government logistics and supply support opportunity in Quantico, Virginia. This position will support inventory management, Government property accountability, receiving and shipping, procurement support, equipment tracking, disposal activities, and related logistics functions. This position is contingent upon contract award. Position Summary The Inventory Control and Procurement Specialist will provide onsite inventory, property accountability, receiving, shipping, procurement, and logistics support at NCIS Headquarters. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing Government property and inventory, receiving and shipping hardware and equipment, maintaining accurate accountability records, processing property documentation, conducting physical inventories, and reconciling discrepancies. A current/adjudicated TS/SCI security clearance is a primary requirement for this position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accountability of Government property and equipment. Manage and track accountable property using DPAS and/or other designated inventory tracking systems . Receive, inspect, label, package, and ship hardware and equipment. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing equipment. Track equipment throughout the property lifecycle. Prepare and process applicable Government property and shipping documentation. Prepare and/or process DD Form 1149 and DD Form 1150 documentation. Support Government property transfers and related accountability transactions. Conduct annual physical inventories. Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Prepare required inventory discrepancy reports. Support the processing of outdated, broken, or unneeded equipment through
DRMO/DLA
disposal procedures . Maintain accurate inventory and property records. Support receiving and shipping operations. Support procurement activities, including ordering and receiving office supplies and other authorized materials. Maintain organized electronic and physical records. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reports, spreadsheets, documentation, and inventory records. Utilize SharePoint and applicable Government information-management systems. Maintain documentation in accordance with applicable Government requirements. Support Government audits, inspections, inventories, and accountability reviews. Provide accurate and timely information regarding inventory and property status. Perform additional inventory, procurement, property accountability, and logistics duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Current/adjudicated TS/SCI security clearance or ability to meet the Government's TS/SCI requirement at contract start. Bachelor's degree OR five (5) or more years of equivalent relevant experience . Experience with inventory management and/or Government property accountability. Experience with DPAS or another inventory tracking/property accountability system . Experience receiving, shipping, labeling, packaging, and tracking hardware or equipment. Experience with DD Form 1149 and/or DD Form 1150 . Experience with DRMO and/or DLA disposal procedures . Experience conducting physical inventories and reconciling discrepancies. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel . Experience with SharePoint . Strong documentation and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate property and inventory records. Ability to work onsite at NCIS Headquarters in Quantico, Virginia . Ability to obtain and maintain required Government facility and system access. Preferred Qualifications Direct DPAS experience. Experience supporting Department of Defense, Federal Government, military, or Government-contractor logistics operations. Experience with Government property accountability. Experience processing Government equipment and hardware. Experience with
DD1149/DD1150
documentation. Experience with
DRMO/DLA
disposal procedures. Experience conducting Government physical inventories and reconciliation. Experience supporting Government property audits or inspections. Experience with Government inventory or asset-management systems. Security Requirements TS/SCI is a primary screening requirement for this position. Candidates should clearly identify their current security clearance level and status on their resume. The selected candidate must meet applicable Government security, background investigation, facility access, and information-system access requirements. Final employment and assignment are contingent upon contract award and successful completion of all applicable Government and company requirements. Work Schedule & Location Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Onsite at NCIS Headquarters in Quantico, Virginia Federal holidays are excluded from the normal work schedule. Occasional work outside normal hours may be required based on Government requirements. Benefits ServCorp offers a competitive benefits package to eligible employees. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
