We invite you to become part of our dynamic team. Position Overview The Online Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our ticket inventory. You will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining large volumes of ticket data across our platforms. This is a full-time, in-person role with a regular schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Import large volumes of inventory into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system with speed and precision. Maintain and update spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets for accurate cross-departmental reporting. Monitor inbound emails for ticket purchases and ensure timely entry into the POS system. Communicate effectively with other departments via WhatsApp and Slack to resolve ticket inventory issues. Qualifications Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Weekend availability required after training. Strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and follow-through.
