Job Description

Inventory & Production Support Specialist Position Overview The Inventory & Production Support role helps keep production and operations running smoothly by managing materials, tracking production orders, and supporting communication between departments. This position ensures the right supplies , documentation and components are available for each step of the production process. Key Responsibilities Inventory Support Track and update inventory for raw materials, components, and supplies. Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Receive materials, label them correctly, and store them in the proper location. Move and organize materials for different stages of production. Transfer of inventory in ERP system. Production Order Support Create and update production orders in the ERP system. Ensure materials are prepared and ready for production activities. Follow up on open orders and communicate delays or material shortages. Prepare and distribute necessary production documents and forms. Quality & Documentation Maintain basic quality paperwork and ensure documents are complete. Track batch numbers, lot information, and inspection results as needed. Support recordkeeping for production and quality control. Team Coordination Work closely with production supervisors, quality control, purchasing, and shipping/receiving. Provide inventory and production updates to the team. Assist with simple process improvements to improve material flow and accuracy.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
