Current U.S. Passport Required Job Description Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Technician to support P-8A aircraft Organizational-Level Maintenance operations at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington . The Supply Technician will provide technical supply management and Material Control support to ensure P-8A maintenance personnel have the aircraft parts, materials, consumables, tools, and other required resources necessary to support aircraft maintenance and operational schedules. The position will support activities including inventory management, ordering and receiving aircraft parts and materials, processing supply requisitions, expediting repairable and consumable material, maintaining inventories, and supporting METCAL, IMRL, Tool Control, and Hazardous Material Control programs. Key Responsibilities Perform technical supply management functions supporting P-8A aircraft maintenance. Order and receive aircraft parts and materials. Process and monitor aircraft maintenance material requisitions. Expedite repairable and consumable material through the supply system. Provide Maintenance Control with material status updates. Maintain inventories of aircraft parts, materials, and consumables. Maintain pack-up and pre-expended bin inventories. Maintain Flight Packet inventory. Support Material Control Division administrative requirements. Perform METCAL and IMRL program requirements as assigned. Support Tool Control Coordinator requirements. Track and reconcile daily fuel expenditures. Prepare required transmittal listings. Support monthly and fiscal-year financial closeout activities involving fuel and flight gear expenditures. Produce required material readiness reports. Support OPTAR reporting requirements. Support Hazardous Material Control and Management requirements. Maintain accurate supply records and documentation. Identify supply problems and recommend appropriate actions. Coordinate with P-8A maintenance personnel to resolve material support issues. Specific

Experience
P-8/P-8A
aircraft supply or Material Control experience is strongly preferred. Experience supporting a military aviation maintenance organization is highly desirable. Experience ordering, receiving, tracking, and expediting aircraft parts and materials is highly desirable. Experience supporting Navy aircraft maintenance supply operations is preferred.
Requirements:
Must possess a current U.S. Passport . Must possess and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance . Must be eligible for required site access and CAC issuance. Must possess knowledge of technical supply management practices, policies, procedures, nomenclature, and established guidelines. Must understand the material needs of an aircraft maintenance organization. Must have the ability to analyze supply problems and determine appropriate actions. Must possess strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Must be able to accurately maintain inventory and supply documentation. Must be able to work effectively with aircraft maintenance and Government Material Control personnel. Must be able to prioritize multiple supply requirements. Must be available to work the schedule required to support the contract.
