- Perform the counting and kitting of work order pick-list material per the kitting schedule.
- Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, missing parts after the kitting process, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products
- Labeling every product and placing them accordingly
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of kitting and incoming deliveries
- Count and return to on-hand, the material being returned from production after the completion of a work order.
- Assist with cycle counting.
- Assist with physical inventory.
- Help with reconciliation of all physical counts to minimize loss to company, and to drive to the root cause of discrepancies.
- Help with the collection and count of residual material to be sold to customers at the end of programs.
- Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process
- Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
- Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance
- Maintain integrity of customer owned material.
- Help receiving when needed
- Help shipping when needed
- Create and complete non-conformances/DMR's
- Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion and MRP system documentation.
- Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
- Maintain 6S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes.
- Follow safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.
- Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change.
- Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse environment. Ability to work within a team Good verbal and written skills Basic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:
