Inventory Control Specialist Location:
Monticello, WI Salary:
$60,000 per year
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday; additional hours as business needs require
Position Summary:
A growing custom cheese packaging company, is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory records and support production operations. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain production and inventory data in the ERP system. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations. Analyze inventory trends and recommend process improvements. Prepare inventory reports and support corrective actions. Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure inventory accuracy. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of inventory control, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn ERP systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
