Job Description

Maintenance Manager We are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance systems and a team of 12, overseeing continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and executing long-term strategic plans to maximize production and packaging efficiency at a food manufacturing facility. What you'll do: Directly lead a team of 12 maintenance technicians Plan, direct, and implement maintenance department activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Ensure the team is trained and managed to obtain desired results Develop preventative and predictive maintenance plans Lead action teams, including contractors, addressing maintenance issues within the plant Coach, mentor, and develop the technical team Own the maintenance budget, including evaluating funding availability for purchases Lead continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production/IT systems Ensure compliance with food safety, employee safety, quality policies, HACCP, allergen, and pest control guidelines What you need: 10+ years of maintenance experience with strong leadership background Real budget management experience, able to determine funding availability for purchases Proven experience in food, packaging, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, cheese manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Effective computer skills with Microsoft Office and maintenance/ERP systems High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
