We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our Wisconsin team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations that keep our field technicians equipped, organized, and ready to serve our customers. What You'll Do Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring equipment, materials, tools, and assets are accurately tracked and organized Maintain accurate inventory levels for warehouse equipment, technician inventory, company tools, and other company assets Receive, scan, track, and record incoming and outgoing inventory using company inventory systems and handheld scanners Pre-stage daily equipment and material allocations for field technicians to ensure they have what they need to complete scheduled work Work directly with technicians to reconcile inventory, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate equipment records Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, inspect equipment for discrepancies or damage, and accurately enter inventory into company systems Process equipment returns and return authorizations while maintaining accurate shipping and tracking records Conduct regular warehouse and technician inventory audits and investigate inventory discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and highly organized warehouse, parking lot, and loading areas Assist with company vehicle and equipment inspections in accordance with company policies Coordinate and deliver equipment or parts to technicians in the field when operational needs require it Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely inventory reports to corporate inventory and operations teams Identify inventory or warehouse issues and proactively work with leadership to resolve them Help ensure company inventory procedures and accountability standards are consistently followed What We're Looking For Previous warehouse and inventory management experience is preferred Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance Comfortable leading a team and managing multiple priorities Ability to identify problems, research discrepancies, and find solutions Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technicians, operations leaders, and corporate support teams Basic computer, data entry, and inventory system skills Previous warehouse, inventory control, logistics, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred Experience with inventory management systems or handheld scanning equipment is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Physical & Employment Requirements Must successfully complete a criminal background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift throughout the workday Frequently lift and move equipment weighing 20-60 pounds Occasionally assist with moving equipment weighing 200+ pounds with team assistance Ability to safely operate hand tools and small power tools as needed Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor environments as necessary Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Stable, Growing Industry Strong Company Culture and Team Environment Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Family-Owned Company with 30+ Years of Success Why Blue Sky?
