Job Description
Create-A-Pack Foods is currently seeking an Inventory Specialist. Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 25+ years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multimillion dollar operation that employs over 200 local employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working, reliable, and dedicated employees to join our team! Duties & Responsibilities include ?Improved inventory accuracy and facilitating production reporting by ensuring that the business system correctly capture all physical inventory movements and transactions that are made by: Champion labeling accuracy, lot accuracy, weight accuracy, and FIFO compliance with the assistance of system generated reports Generate reporting from ERP system as needed Address individuals with inaccuracies and process deviations in real time and report to supervisors where patterns are developing Review MSR for future production & communicate shortage to appropriate personnel Work with purchasing and receiving to ensure just in time materials are scheduled appropriately and on time Perform & delegate inventory cycle counts as needed Responsible for maintaining quality standards, conditions, and/or specifications throughout the entire plant system Reports and/or documents any quality related deviations to the appropriate personnel Avoids contamination whenever possible. Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines Performs other related duties as assigned
