  • Friday) Join our team in Wausau, WI as a Temporary Maintenance Inventory Specialist and play a key role in keeping our maintenance operations running smoothly.
In this hands-on temporary position, you'll manage critical parts inventory, support preventive maintenance programs, and help ensure technicians have the tools and materials they need to succeed. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced maintenance environment, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while making an immediate impact.
Maintenance Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all maintenance parts, tools, and supplies
  • Receive, label, and store incoming shipments in proper locations
  • Track usage, perform regular cycle counts, and update inventory system
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the maintenance shop and inventory areas
  • Create and maintain records, including invoices, receipts, and inventory logs
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the storage and handling of parts
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to improve PM documentation Requirements for
Maintenance Inventory Specialist:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory control or maintenance preferred
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance and mechanical terminology a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory and maintenance tracking software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/shop environment
