Mullen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling | South Charleston, WV Mullen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable Warehouse Inventory & Delivery Specialist to support our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our daily operations to help ensure technicians receive the parts, materials, and equipment they need to get the job done timely and effectively. The position combines warehouse duties, inventory organization, and local deliveries in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Based on Mullen's warehouse structure, this role serves as an important link between warehouse operations, field technician efficiency and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Deliver parts, materials, tools, and equipment to technicians and job sites. Receive, organize, stock, and distribute inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse. Support technicians by responding to material and equipment requests. Coordinate with warehouse staff and field personnel to keep jobs running efficiently. Load, unload, stage, and transport materials and equipment. Assist with inventory counts and materials tracking. Open/Close the warehouse and prepare for daily operations. Provide support to the Warehouse Manager, when needed. Skills for Success Strong work ethic and a willingness to assist others when needed. Dependable and punctual. Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Warehouse, delivery, logistics, construction, Plumbing, HVAC, automotive, or related experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday (up to XX lbs). Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, as needed.
