POSITION SUMMARY
This position is under the supervision of the Extended Facilities Supervisor and the Village Clinic Supervisors or designee. This position is responsible for general maintenance of the Village Clinics.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs minor preventive maintenance on equipment such as lubricating, cleaning, and changing vacuum bags. Moderate lifting of equipment's required moving furniture by sliding on floor. Assistance is required in moving heavier items such as sofas, beds, and bookshelves. Responsible for maintenance crew clean up and all commons areas and grounds clean up and ice and snow removal around entryways. Assists with support activities such as freight movement for appliances and furniture as well as delivery of supplies to the village clinic. Pump stove oil for the village clinic and garbage disposal to land fill. Perform and/or assume other job- or work-related duties as assigned by the Village Clinic Supervisors and the Extended Facilities Supervisor. 7. Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
General knowledge of cleaning agents and proper usage. Must be able to work under supervision. Current Alaska Driver's license preferred, with a good enough driving history to be covered by Maniilaq's insurance. Other Job Information (if applicable):
