This position is focused on the safe delivery, proper installation, and testing of residential appliances . You do not need to own a box truck. The truck is provided. However, you must have experience safely operating a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate if you want to be a driver. Primary Responsibilities Deliver residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves. Properly install and test appliances inside customers' homes. Inspect appliances before and after delivery and report any damage. Safely load, unload, secure, and move heavy appliances. Protect customers' homes from damage during delivery and installation. Remove packaging and old appliances when required. Provide professional, respectful customer service during every delivery. Use a smartphone navigation app to follow the assigned route. Operate the company's delivery app to review stops, contact customers, update delivery statuses, upload photographs, collect signatures, and submit proof of delivery. Communicate delays, installation problems, property damage, or customer concerns immediately. Required Experience and Qualifications Residential appliance delivery and installation experience is required. Must know how to install refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves properly. Experience operating a 26-foot box truck with a liftgate is required for Driver ONLY . Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be comfortable using navigation and delivery applications on a smartphone. Must demonstrate strong communication and customer-service skills. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work well as part of a two-person team. Must be able to follow safety procedures and installation instructions. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position .
Applicants must be able to:
Regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver heavy appliances with a teammate. Use appliance dollies, lifting straps, liftgates, and other delivery equipment. Safely navigate stairs, tight spaces, doorways, and uneven surfaces. Bend, climb, stand, and remain physically active throughout the workday. Work in different weather conditions and residential environments. Schedule and Pay Loading begins at 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 a.m. Routes begin at 6:00 a.m. This is a 7-day operation , with routes available every day. Weekend work is optional and is not required. Drivers and helpers work in two-person teams. Pay is issued weekly. Third-Party Compliance Requirements Background screening and onboarding documentation are handled by an authorized third-party compliance company .
