SFI of Arkansas, LLC is seeking knowledgeable Powder Painter Laborer for immediate employment. Benefits, competitive pay, and a great working environment.

Job Title:
Painter Job Summary:

Work in a metal fabrication production environment as a member of our paint team. Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lift 50lbs. Load and unload paint line, monitor operations and cure temperatures, make adjustments, and record operational data. Inspect completed work pieces for defects as required to maintain quality standards. Assist others in all paint operations. Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment. Read work orders to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, specifications, proper labeling of parts, etc.

Qualification Requirements:

Ability to work within a team environment. Must demonstrate an ability to follow oral and written instructions.
