Job Description

Duties Include, but are not limited to: All duties job-related as assigned by Management. Trains and monitors and works well with all employees. Able to work long hours, including overtime/double time. keep open communication and send work reports to management daily. Report accurate man hours on daily work reports including travel time hours. Follows all Safety procedures; reminds team members of safety issues, reports concern to management. Ensure everyone has PPE. Must be able to identify and problem solve safety hazards in real time. Ensures all equipment is accounted for and stored in neat, orderly manner and in good operating condition. Drive company vehicles, and/or tow trailers. Operates all equipment and tools in a safe manner; reports any issues for repair immediately to Field superintendent and Scheduler Reports any incidents or accidents to Field Superintendent. Ensures timely, and quality completion of each job while performing as cost-effectively as possible. Properly, maintain Foremen toolbox as needed. Delegate tasks to team members and assure they all have clear directions. Strives to meet and exceed company and customer expectations. Communicates professionally, respectfully, and effectively. Operate heavy machinery, hand grinders, and other polishing equipment safely. Occasionally, take work trips on short notice per management. Reliable transportation to and from work. Able to work weekends and various start times. Drive company vehicles, and/or tow trailer. Must be a hard worker and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
