$20.25/Hr Boxes On The Move (BOTM) is an Delivery Service Partner, that is looking to hire reliable and motivated team members! BOTM is searching for dedicated individuals who can work independently, have a "can-do" attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. As a Helper, you will be the face of the company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by ensuring all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and with attention to detail. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time helper position in and around Glendale and the surrounding area.

What You'll Do:

As a Delivery Helper, you'll be helping deliver 200-250 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 8-10 hours per day.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information. Assist the driver with the delivery of packages weighing 50lbs. Help the driver navigate if needed Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.

Helper Requirements:

We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of customers. Health and safety are always a top priority. In partnership with one another, BOTM continue to consult with medical and health experts and take all recommended precautions to keep everyone healthy. Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid State ID Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening Must have good reading, writing/ communication skills Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone
