• 20 Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Door Installer Helper to assist our installation team with installing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial doors.

This is a hands-on position that involves working at job sites, handling tools and materials, and supporting experienced installers to ensure quality and efficient installations. Responsibilities Assist experienced door installers with installation and replacement of doors and door hardware. Load, unload, carry, and organize doors, tools, and materials. Measure openings and assist with preparing door frames and installation areas. Use basic hand and power tools under supervision. Help with removing existing doors, frames, and hardware. Assist with installing hinges, handles, locks, closers, weatherstripping, and other hardware. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors. Protect customers' property and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Perform other general labor duties as needed. Qualifications Previous construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn door installation techniques and proper tool use. Ability to lift and carry heavy doors and materials. Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical work. Basic understanding of measurements and use of hand tools. Reliable transportation to job sites. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Good communication and customer-service skills. Valid driver's license Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry doors and materials, potentially weighing 50+ pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work for extended periods. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
