We are an asset logistics and installation provider looking for detail-oriented, handy individuals to support our pre-assembly and staging operations. In this role, you will use basic power and hand tools to construct, align and inspect commercial fixtures and modular components before they ship out to client job sites. The position offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Duties Unbox raw inventory, organize sub-components and construct commercial fixtures according to setup guidelines. Operate power drivers, wrenches, ratchets and hand tools to assemble and secure modular hardware. Perform visual quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure hardware is tight, level and defect-free. Securely pack, bundle and stage completed fixture units onto pallets or rolling carts for field installation crews. Utilize manual pallet jacks and hand trucks to move raw materials and finished assemblies around the warehouse bay. Keep tool stations, staging benches and assembly areas organized, clean and compliant with facility safety rules. Experience Practical experience using cordless drills, hand tools and hardware in a shop, trade or labor environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow step-by-step layout diagrams or spec sheets. Physical capability to stand for 8-hour shifts, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Proven track record of daily punctuality, safety awareness and reliable attendance. Clear communication skills to work effectively alongside warehouse and field logistics staff.
