General Laborer Evoove | In Partnership with a Leading Underground Utility & Directional Drilling Contractor Evoove is hiring General Laborers for a growing underground utility and directional drilling operation in San Marcos, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in construction while working alongside experienced field crews. Schedule Full-Time/ Day Shift Monday through Friday Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Responsibilities Assist with underground utility and directional drilling projects Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Support excavation and jobsite preparation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company and site safety requirements Perform general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
