In this role, you will ride along with an experienced driver to assist with the safe and efficient delivery of oversized and extra-large packages directly to customers' doors. • Delivery Driver Helper (Non CDL) As a Delivery Helper, you will work side-by-side with a delivery driver to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and on time.

Your day-to-day will include:

Report to our warehouse location each morning for shift loadout and package preparation Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading oversized and extra-large packages from a DOT-regulated delivery vehicle (16-26 ft.) Follow your navigated delivery route, ensuring all packages are delivered accurately and on schedule Load and unload the delivery vehicle with care, following proper lifting and safety techniques Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections alongside the driver Communicate with dispatch to provide real-time delivery status updates Interact with customers and the public in a professional, courteous manner — representing Fair Winds Logistics with pride Support the driver in maintaining the vehicle and ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment on the road and at the warehouse End each shift back at the warehouse for post-route check-in and vehicle return Delivery Driver Helper Requirements

• Non CDL We are looking for dependable team players who are ready to work hard and grow with us.

Requirements for this Non CDL Delivery Driver Helper role include: Must be at least 21 years of age (required per DOT regulations for this vehicle class) Must pass a 5-panel drug screen; random testing also required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Ability to work well within a team and follow directions Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to operate a smartphone and GPS navigation Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus — but not required Physically able to: Lift up to 70 lbs. independently, or up to 300 lbs. with team lift assistance Climb multiple flights of stairs while handling large packages Walk up to 6 miles per day English proficiency required Ready to Join the Fair Winds Team?
