Job Summary As a Snow Shoveler , you'll be a key member of our operations team, helping ensure safe and clear walkways, driveways, and parking lots. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, business fronts, and parking lots using shovels and hand tools Assist with salting and de-icing to prevent slips and falls Follow safe and efficient snow removal practices Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Report site conditions and progress throughout each job Pay & Benefits Pay varies by experience, storm severity, and performance: $23-$28/hour for shovel labor $28-$33/hour if using your own reliable vehicle for snow removal
