Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping great businesses find local people. Our client is located in NE Washington, DC and is seeking an experienced Driver Helper to join their team. This position is temporary.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm.

Pay :

$18.40 per hour About the position: Assist the driver with unloading truck at customer's location Deliver product to customers in a timely and safe matter Unload floor and palletized product at any customer locations Aid with placing product in specific designated areas to support delivery driver and complete delivery cycle Adhere to all safety procedures/standards when performing required daily duties Communicate and report to delivery driver on any breakage and shortages Report any customer issues to delivery driver About you: Proven delivery helper experience Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Team player with organizational skills Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 pounds)
