13.50 - $16.00 Job Summary The Laborer performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding work, follow safety protocols, and assist with multiple field-related duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general manual labor tasks such as lifting and moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, digging/refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, and basic equipment operation. Support crews with various activities in a helping or assisting role. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and report any issues or hazards to supervisors. Carry out other duties as assigned. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Must provide all personal protective equipment (PPE) including: Steel-toed boots Long-sleeve shirts (dusty environment) Long pants (no rips or tears) Employer will supply high-visibility vest, safety glasses, hard hats, and gloves initially, but replacement PPE must be supplied by the employee. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. 0-4 years of previous labor or related experience. Work Environment Work requires frequent physical activity, including lifting, carrying, bending, and operating tools and equipment. Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, odors, and outdoor weather conditions. May occasionally involve occupational risks such as cuts, burns, or exposure to chemicals. Manual labor setting with emphasis on physical stamina and attention to safety. #IND1
