Full Job Description Summary:
Cleaning, stocking, cashiering, processing, loading, and customer service activities in outlet stores, dock, and salvage areas.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Cleaning duties (including but not limited to) bathrooms, floors, shelves, and windows. Stocking responsibilities as determined by the store manager. Cashier dutiesProcessing:
sort, separate, baling, dumping trash,Loading:
loading and unloading trucks. Helpers with a forklift permit who follow OSHA procedures are allowed to drive a forklift. Customer service activities (including but not limited to) customer assistance, pricing assistance, explaining store operations, and other techniques that may enhance the store's sales and community image. Other responsibilities as determined by the store manager.Education and Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not requiredLanguage Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Equipment, Machines and tools used: Bailing machine, merchandise movement and storage containers.
