Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively and on time. We are a Drug Free Workplace. Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment on and off the trucks . Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties, which include lawn maintenance, washing trucks, pumping fuel, etc. Operate all equipment, hoses and tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Prepare trucks by setting up necessary equipment and materials needed. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to and from work.
