We are seeking dependable and hardworking. This position involves delivering and installing residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges/stoves, and dishwashers. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable, comfortable using tools and appliance moving equipment, and able to provide professional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate 26FT box truck while making appliance deliveries. Load, unload, transport, and position heavy appliances. Safely move appliances into customers' homes using appliance dollies, shoulder straps, and other approved equipment. Deliver and professionally install refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges/stoves, dishwashers, and other appliances. Connect appliances to required electrical, plumbing, and ventilation connections when applicable. Use hand tools, power tools, appliance dollies, shoulder straps, and other equipment safely. Follow manufacturer installation instructions and safety procedures. Check appliances after installation to ensure proper operation. Provide professional and courteous customer service inside customers' homes. Report damaged appliances, installation issues, or other problems. Keep the work area clean and protect the customer's home during delivery and installation. Complete required delivery documentation. Requirements Previous hands-on appliance installation experience is required for Driver/Installer positions. Experience installing refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges/stoves, and/or dishwashers is required for Driver/Installer positions. Previous installation experience is not required for Helper positions. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Ability to safely lift, move, and position heavy appliances using proper equipment and team-lifting techniques. Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, push, and pull throughout the workday. Valid driver's license required for Driver positions. Safe and responsible driving record required for Driver positions. Reliable transportation to the designated work location. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
