EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED is preferred. 2 years of manufacturing experience. Experience using hand and power tools. Background Check Pre-employment drug testing
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must be able to read a tape measurer. Knowledgeable in the use of hand and electrical tools. Safety- and Teamwork Oriented. Verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing stress and keeping a professional composure. Focused on product quality.
Position hourly rate:
$15.00 per hour Schedule-Monday to Thursday (6am to 4:30pm)

Orange City SUMMARY:
The manufacturing laborer tasks involves physical labor at our corporate manufacturing plant. This position may operate a variety of hand on power tools and is responsible for materials conservation and clean up. This position may assist in any and all areas of the Production Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor. Performs manual work in preparation and building of our products lines.
The tasks include:
1. Forming and building shed floors and end walls 2. Framing 3. Siding 4. Roofing 5. Window, Door, Vent, and minor electrical installation Must be able to comply with the hours of operations of the production department: o Monday-Thursdays 6am-4:30pm Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of their Team Leader. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position frequently requires long hours including Friday hours as necessary to meet company production goals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift heavy and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Pull, push or carry objects, climb and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Must be able to work on heights and climb ladders at all levels This position requires manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to quickly move arms and legs. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor.
