Now Hiring | Barn Cleaning Team Members At Lend-a-Hand Barn Services, we specialize in professional barn cleaning, facility resets, and farm support services that help barn owners maintain cleaner, safer, and more functional spaces for both horses and people. This position services our Central Florida region , including Orlando, Apopka, Clermont, Sanford, and surrounding areas.

Our team takes pride in delivering dependable, detail-oriented service while supporting the long-term function and success of each facility. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive position for individuals who are comfortable working in active farm environments and take pride in high-quality, detail-oriented work. Our team works in heat, dust, high rafters, around horses and livestock, on ladders, and through physically demanding deep-clean projects that require consistency, professionalism, and strong personal accountability. Hours Vary:

Approximately 5-25 Hours Per Week Opportunity for Advancement as the Company Continues to Grow This is not general housekeeping—it is specialty facility care for clients who rely on us to help protect and improve the spaces that support their horses, staff, and daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Cobweb removal, including high rafters, ceilings, beams, fans, and hard-to-reach areas Dust removal and full barn detailing Tack room and feed room cleaning and organization Scrubbing walls, doors, stall bars, wash racks, and high-contact surfaces Pressure washing and facility reset services Deep cleaning stalls, breezeways, sheds, and common-use areas Equipment organization and operational improvements throughout the facility Supporting seasonal resets and specialty property projects Professional communication with clients and team members Representing the company with reliability, professionalism, and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

Horse and barn experience strongly preferred Comfortable working around horses, livestock, and active farm environments Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as with a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable transportation Comfortable with physical labor, ladders, dust, heat, and outdoor working conditions Ability to lift, bend, scrub, climb, and complete long active shifts As our company continues expanding, there will also be opportunities to grow into additional Farm Care roles , supporting clients with operational and hands-on farm assistance beyond cleaning services.
