Job DescriptionJob Description C&M Dredging Inc. - Travel Position (Southeast U.S.) C&M Dredging is seeking motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen to support dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast. This is a travel-based position working on dredging crews performing shoreline restoration, canal dredging, and marine construction. We provide 100% paid travel and lodging plus daily per diem. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a crew, and learning heavy equipment and marine construction, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that promotes from within. Requirements
  • Perform general labor duties supporting dredging and marine construction operations
  • Assist with dredge pipeline setup, movement, and maintenance
  • Perform pressure washing, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance
  • Assist operators and crew with tools, materials, and project setup
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
  • Communicate regularly with the foreman and superintendent
  • Support additional construction and project needs as directed Qualifications
  • Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome
  • Experience in construction, marine work, landscaping, or heavy labor preferred
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision
  • Must be open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays
  • Equipment operating experience is a plus Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
  • Must be comfortable working on or around water, including barges, boats, and dredging equipment
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for long periods
  • Comfortable working in muddy, wet, and uneven terrain
  • Ability to work extended hours during active projects, typically up to 80-85 hours per week, including weekends

$18 - $20 hourly (Based on experience)
