Individuals must be able to lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs, climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints, have a basic understanding of constructing principles and procedures, be comfortable working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations, work 10+ hour days, work some Saturdays when schedule requires, have some math skills, use a tape measure, and following directions from the foremen. Laborers wear a blue hard hat, which signifies they are members of the production team.
