Augusta Provisions is a local purveyor of Boar's Head Brand products in Augusta. We are a local, independently owned company. We are looking for a full-time Route Driver Helper/Merchandiser to join our Boar's Head family.

Overview:

The Route Driver Helper/Merchandiser will be responsible for duties related to product delivery, merchandising, and warehousing. Experience delivering perishable products to retail accounts, warehouse management and basic merchandising skills preferred. This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a work period, as well as bending, reaching squatting while merchandising and moving products. You will be working in a refrigerated warehouse for parts of the day. 1-2 years of grocery store vendor experience is a plus. No CDL is required. Our fleet consists of 24 foot refrigerated box trucks, all with automatic transmissions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Daily, local deliveries to grocery and independent accounts. Ability to work early hours Ensure all retail deliveries are made in a timely basis. Check in order with manager Perform proper rotation of all products in cooler and case Set up display case
