This role is entry-level and often requires no prior specialized training, but physical fitness and the ability to follow instructions are essential Key Responsibilities Perform general physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials Load and unload trucks, trailers, and equipment as needed Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, electricians) with setup, cleanup, and material handling Prepare and clean job sites, removing debris and hazards Operate hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, jackhammers) safely Help assemble or dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding, ramps, or storage Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
