Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. This role involves hands-on production tasks to ensure timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Fill material hoppers manually using 5-gallon buckets Mix materials for production machines Build production spools using pneumatic staple guns Perform machine purging as needed Maintain a clean workspace and handle trash disposal Follow all safety protocols Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Physical Requirements:

High endurance level required - must be able to stand for entire 12-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfort with repetitive movements (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling) Ability to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Schedule Benefits:

Work only 182 days per year (half the time) while earning more than a standard 9-to-5, 40-hour work week. That's 183 days off! Unique rotating schedule provides extended time off (3-4 days at a time) Annual earnings of approximately $42,432 (before taxes) while working only half the year A normal 9-5 5 days a week, you'll work 250 days a year and only 115 off.
