What You'll Do Operate string trimmers, backpack blowers, and push mowers Learn to safely operate commercial zero-turn mowers Learn proper fuel types and equipment care Maintain clean, professional job sites Work safely while providing outstanding customer service Support your teammates every day What We're Looking For Positive Can-Do Attitude Team player Dependable and accountable Production-minded without sacrificing quality Willing to learn and continue improving Arrive ready to work by 6:50 AM every day Reliable transportation (public transportation is not practical for our start time) Ability to work outdoors in summer heat, humidity, cool temperatures, and changing weather Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Schedule Full-time seasonal employment Mid-March through Mid-December Approximately 40 hours per week Our goal is to work Monday-Thursday Fridays are typically an overflow day and are often a half day—or not needed at all Saturdays are overflow only and are rarely worked Benefits Paid training Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid major holidays after 90 days Opportunities for advancement Professional equipment Snow and ice work opportunities during the winter Supportive team environment Employees are typically laid off after the mowing season and may qualify for unemployment benefits during the winter, with opportunities to work snow and ice events as weather requires.
