October 15, 2026 - January 15, 2027 About the Role Twenty3 Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver Amazon packages with speed, accuracy, and care. We're hiring Driver Helpers to assist our Step Van Delivery Drivers in delivering packages to homes, apartments, and businesses. Helpers will not drive but will ride along and support the driver by efficiently handling and delivering packages. Job Responsibilities Ride along with a Step Van Driver on assigned routes Assist with loading, organizing, and delivering packages (small and large) Support the driver by locating packages and delivering to doorsteps or mailrooms Follow customer delivery instructions with care and attention Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Work in a fast-paced environment and stay on schedule Help navigate the route and communicate with the driver as needed Compensation & Benefits $18/hr Paid Training Paid Overtime PTO Requirements Must be 18 years or older Demonstrates strong teamwork and the ability to work efficiently with assigned team members. Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs unassisted Comfortable being on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift Able to work in all weather conditions Must have excellent attendance and punctuality No experience required - we provide training! Must be comfortable riding in a commercial van for extended periods Must be able to get in and out of a step van frequently throughout the day Must pass a background check Must be available to work weekends if needed Advancement Opportunities Seasonal Helpers have the opportunity to be converted to part time and/or full time Helpers based on performance and company needs.

$18.00 per hour
