Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Perform general labor duties to support daily plant, quarry, or yard operations. Operate tools and equipment safely while following established procedures. Inspect work areas and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Support material handling, loading, unloading, and production activities as needed. Collaborate with team members to help achieve operational and safety goals. What Are We Looking For Commitment to working safely and following all safety policies and procedures. Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Dependability, accountability, and a positive work ethic. Capability to learn new tasks, equipment, and processes effectively. Work Environment Work is performed in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment. Position requires standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and other physical activities throughout the workday. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
