In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely delivering goods to customers while providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, smooth warehouse operations, and satisfied clients. Whether assisting with loading, unloading, or navigating routes, your proactive approach will keep our operations moving forward efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving skills, gain warehouse experience, and be an integral part of a fast-paced logistics environment. Duties Safely operate box trucks and personal vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load and unload materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Assist with warehouse operations including moving goods, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace. Deliver products directly to customers' locations with professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update route information, and communicate with dispatch teams. Ensure all loads are secured properly during transit and follow safe lifting practices to prevent injuries. Support the team by helping load and unload shipments at the warehouse or delivery sites as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving, including box trucks or personal vehicle delivery. Experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly desirable. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and weight handling in the workplace. Strong understanding of traffic laws and adherence to DOT regulations for commercial drivers. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and follow route schedules accurately.
