Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Laborer/Welder to assist with shop operations, metal fabrication, welding assembly, material handling, and general site cleanup. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and structural steel fabrication according to job specifications. Prep materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting components. Load, unload, and organize shop materials and heavy equipment. Help maintain a clean and organized safe shop environment. Assist senior team members with shop operations and field installations as needed.
