Shift:

This position includes a combination of day and evening shifts, rotating between 6:00 AM-2:30 PM and 2:00 PM-10:30 PM , with rotating weekends and holidays. Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care Supervise CNAs and QMAs during your shift Coordinate resident care and daily assignments Maintain accurate resident documentation Promote a safe, resident-centered environment

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Indiana LPN license (valid and active) Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Passion for senior care
