Conduct routine inspections of equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and recycling materials appropriately. Support the loading and unloading of materials using heavy machinery to facilitate smooth workflow. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Knowledge of pallet dismantling processes and recycling procedures is a plus. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with front loader trucks or roll-off trucks is advantageous. Strong attention to safety procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to work outdoors or in varied weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
