Overview We are seeking a highly reliable worker to perform critical grain handling and facility operations. This active, physically demanding role involves loading and unloading bulk materials, basic equipment care, and maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards in an industrial agricultural environment.
Responsibilities:
Material Handling:
Load and unload trucks, rail cars, and vessels; fill and reclaim grain ground piles.
Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct basic preventative maintenance and operator care on facility equipment.
Safety & Upkeep:
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and strictly adhere to all safety and PPE policies.
Operations & Data:
Complete required operational documentation and provide excellent customer service.
MUST HAVE
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and kneeling Experience loading and unloading trucks, rail cars, or bulk materials Ability to work at heights of 4 feet or higher Ability to work safely indoors and outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise Basic computer skills for completing operational documentation Willingness to work a Monday-Saturday schedule, including overtime, holidays, and rotating shifts
Shift Timing:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Weekly schedule: M-S CH1
Pay:
