This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the solid waste industry and learn about heavy equipment operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule & Pay Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM No weekends $18.00 per hour Eligible for a $275 monthly safety bonus Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain litter control and overall cleanliness throughout the facility Safely guide trucks in and out of the tipping floor area Direct traffic entering and exiting the facility in a safe and professional manner Communicate effectively with scale house personnel and equipment operators Clean pits and work areas as needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with general site maintenance and housekeeping duties Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong attention to safety and situational awareness Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment around trucks and heavy equipment We offer excellent benefits including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, long term & short term disability, life insurance, 401K retirement and unlimited opportunities to "Connect with Your Future".
