Laborer:
DeQuincy, LA 1st Shift (6AM-2PM) OR 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm) OR 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) Infinitek is hiring on behalf of a leading global manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
Job Overview of Laborer :
The Laborer will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient manufacturing of products, equipment operation, and adherence to safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities of Laborer:
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and stacking up to 50-pound bags and moving drums and other containerized materials. Read and follow written instructions to ensure accurate product manufacturing. Maintain a safe work environment by following plant safety rules. Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain operational efficiency. Safely operate forklifts when required. Organize the production area to uphold product quality and packaging integrity. Move materials between storage and production as needed. Operate Pack Out machines and identify materials per the production control plan. Pull samples as directed by the production control plan for quality checks. Perform additional tasks as assigned by plant management.
Working Conditions:
Industrial work environment requiring PPE (provided by the company). Flexibility to work under special conditions, including evening and weekend shifts, outdoor work, and exposure to challenging climates.
