SUMMARY
Performs a variety of manual, labor intensive, and routine maintenance duties by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains school floors.
Removes furniture, waxes floor, and replaces furniture.
Assists in maintenance repairs, primarily lawn equipment.
Distributes parts, fuel, and other items needed for operation.
Assists with welding and maintenance of play ground equipment.
Assists in all other areas as required.
Neat, well groomed, appropriately dressed appearance.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Tractor driving experience is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma; six months to one year job-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
