JMPS is an exclusive delivery service provider for Amazon. We are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Driver Helpers to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver Helper, you'll work alongside our delivery drivers to safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers. This is an active, fast-paced position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the road, staying active, and being part of a team. No driving experience is required. What You'll Do:

Assist the delivery driver with daily package deliveries Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers' doorsteps Use a handheld device for routing and delivery information Navigate various delivery routes with the driver Follow company safety procedures and delivery guidelines Work safely in various weather conditions Provide professional and friendly customer service Help ensure packages are delivered accurately and on schedule Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude throughout the day

Physical Requirements:

This is an active position that requires you to be on your feet for most of the shift. Lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day Walk, bend, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods Make frequent deliveries throughout the shift Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Must successfully pass a background check Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions Must wear the complete company-issued uniform during each workday Full-time Driver Helpers must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week No previous delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided. Schedule Shifts typically start at 9:00 AM Some shifts may start at 10:00 AM Shifts generally range from 8-10 hours per day Shifts are available 7 days a week Full-time and part-time positions available
