Shop Laborer (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Starting Pay:

$20/hour We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Laborer to help maintain our shop, yard, and equipment. This is a physically demanding position that requires someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while following a schedule. Responsibilities Mowing and weed eating Pulling weeds and general landscaping Cleaning up trash and debris Power washing equipment and facilities Organizing tools and shop areas Cleaning trees, leaves, and brush Cleaning gutters Shoveling snow during winter months Assisting with general shop maintenance Driving and operating a dump trailer (training provided if needed) Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Must be able to drive, or be willing to learn to drive, a dump trailer Ability to consistently lift and carry at least 40 pounds Comfortable performing physical manual labor in various weather conditions Self-motivated and able to follow a schedule with minimal supervision Must pass a background check Must be willing to participate in random supervised drug screenings Schedule Flexible schedule by mutual agreement Part-time or full-time opportunities available Starting pay: $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and aren't afraid of hard work, we'd love to hear from you.
